Nathalie and her team offer you a traditional cuisine of quality and freshness in a warm and pleasant setting. You will find a varied menu of fish, pasta, salads and tasty meat from local productions. A “minute” American is a treat for amateurs. Regularly, a menu is offered. In March, April, September and October, come and taste the traditional Savoyard raclette in the heart of the Ardennes. The wine list leaves no one indifferent and  new wines regularly appear.  Booking is recommended. 



The Auberge de Lavacherie Restaurant has adopted a contemporary style in “grand cru” and sand tones. It combines comfortable whitewashed furniture and a beautifully sober decoration by Jean-Paul Alardin and Alexandra Goosse. The restaurant splits to offer 35 covers in the large room and 20 in the small one. The cuisine combines the best of French and Ardennes specialities. Simple but tasty, the preparations draw from the pool of the best local products: Ardennes ham, Bonne Dame cheese,...
Village of “Lavacherie” obliges, the menu gives pride of place to good cuts of cattle from our regions.


"Le Borsalino" was opened in 1990. This well-known tavern in the region offers 62 seats, a German bowling alley, a kicker, a bingo, a darts game... Recently renamed "Le Borsa", the tavern has recently had a facelift. new! La Bière de la Jonquille, a local specialty, is also served and appreciated as the well-known regional Trappist beer: Orval. La Taverne has been awarded the “Orval Ambassador” label since 2002.


Located on the banks of the Ourthe, in the heart of the forests of the Ardennes, the Pêcherie des Trois Ponts welcomes you all year round. it is the only local bistro in our region. Trout specialty!
